GRT host Lin Lin：Only GD guest to MVP at World Cup
The 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia, which kicked off yesterday, is now under the spotlight. In addition to the football super stars gathering in Russia, the World Cup has also welcomed 60 celebrities and prominent individuals from abroad who are well-known in their respective professional fields, to present awards to MVPs (Most Valuable Player) to be selected from each match during the World Cup. Lin Lin, DJ and singer from Guangdong Radio and Television’s Music FM, is among one of the guests and was the only person invited to be an MVP award presenter from Guangdong. She will present the MVP award following the France vs. Australia match scheduled to be held at 6 p.m. Beijing Time tomorrow.
2018世界杯正火热进行中。除了各大球星外，全球有六十多位名人和行业精英也正云集俄罗斯，为单场比赛的“最佳球员”担任颁奖嘉宾。其中，广东广播电视台音乐之声的DJ和歌手林琳作为广东的唯一受邀嘉宾，将在北京时间明天傍晚6点为法国对阵澳大利亚的比赛的“最佳球员”颁奖。

GRT Radio called Lin Lin, who arrived in Moscow one day ahead of the World Cup, for a telephone interview. She told us that she had done her homework about both the France and Australia football teams and players. She will also participate in a rehearsal before the award ceremony.
林琳在世界杯开幕前一天已经抵达莫斯科。她表示，从机场到市区，看到的各国热情的球迷包括中国球迷，公路旁的广告牌，餐厅和酒店的世界杯装饰等都在时刻提醒着大家，俄罗斯正处在世界杯“时刻”。充分感受世界杯氛围的同时，林琳也为明晚的最佳球员颁奖安排做准备，了解比赛球队和球员的特点等信息和参与彩排颁奖仪式。
“I will wear the soccer uniform of the winning team. I will even rehearse the award presentation. There will be a designated room to present the MVP award.There will also be media present. After the match ends, we will wait for the results from the voters for MVP, who will come to the designated room. I will present the MVP award there, and filming and interviews will follow this.”
“服装的话我应该会穿球服，看看哪一队胜出，就跟他们一样就好了。彩排肯定会走一次路线。会有一个专门的颁奖室。会有很多媒体记者在那里拍摄，他们比赛完以后呢，票选结果出来了，最佳球员就会来到颁奖室。所有的媒体和我都会在那等待他。我就会颁奖给他，然后就是媒体拍摄和采访。”
Lin Lin also told us that when she first received the invitation, she read it numerous times repeatedly, to make sure it was in fact real. She also told us that there were two reasons as to why she was chosen; the first being that she is a hard worker, in keeping with the spirit of football, and the second being that she has a number of different public identities, including being a singer, a media personality and also a female football fan.
担任本届世界杯单场颁奖嘉宾都大有来头,代表中国的名人中，有来自体育竞技场的先锋人物,像天津权健足球俱乐部运动员赵旭日，还有香港著名歌手陈奕迅，他将和林琳担任同一天不同场次比赛的颁奖嘉宾。林琳坦言，接到邀请的时候，心情惊喜激动。第一次收到这个信息的时候其实我是把这个信息反复看了很多次，我看有没看错。主办方觉得我在工作上还是挺拼搏的，挺有足球员的精神。然后我既代表艺人，媒体也代表女性球迷。
Lin Lin will also film a music video forher song “Our Generation,” which was specially made for the World Cup in Russia. The song also has Cantonese and English versions. I (GRT Radio host Hazza) was lucky enough to be invited to compose the lyrics for the English version of the song.
林琳还将在俄罗斯拍摄她为世界杯打造的新歌《Our Generation 我们的时代》的MV花絮镜头。这首歌还有粤语和英语版本。英语版的歌词是由来自澳洲的，我台广播新闻中心知名英文节目主持人Hazza创作。

Guangdong to build new public parking lots with charging piles

The Guangdong Provincial People’s Government has released a special report titled “Opinions on Accelerating the Innovation and Development of the New Energy Vehicle Industry” to their official website, stipulating that rapid charging piles for new energy vehicles should be made available at 30% of parking spaces in new parking lots and at newly-added roadside parking spaces. Future residential buildings should include charging piles at all parking spaces, or reserve space to install charging piles at all parking spaces. As of July 1st, the price standard for charging services in Guangdong has been adjusted to 0.8 yuan/kWh.
