Gouachi是一名生活在上海的DJ，音乐制作人。01年出生的她从小接受艺术的熏陶，在15岁时开始接触不同风格的音乐，并深受俱乐部音乐的感染及影响。在白天她是穿着校服的高中生，晚上她会出现在DJ台后为你带来她的音乐。今年，她不仅受邀参加了Push&Pull举办的活动而并还作为嘉宾在ALL每周三的Cosign上进行表演，前不久她更是有幸与Air Max97在ALL同台献艺。并即将作为嘉宾参加Love Bang组织的派对活动。如今她的身影在All,Dada，Elevator，等地下音乐俱乐部愈发活跃起来。她将自己对俱乐部音乐的热情与活力融入她的DJ set，将不同的音乐风格融合在一起，为你带来一场难忘的听觉盛宴。

Gouachi is a talented DJ and producer from Shanghai. Last year, she started working as an intern at CTRL Sound Academy at only 15 years old, and through hard work and practice she developed her DJ and production Skills very quickly. 

She came into to touch with various styles of music  since a very early age and is heavily affected by club music. By day, she is an ordinary high school student, by night she is a DJ and she brings you banging music that she digs. Nowadays you can see her in more and more underground clubs such as ALL, DADA, Elevator. She blends her energy and vitality into her DJ set and delievers unforgettable nights.

Here is a interview we did with her about her life and DJing career.

1.听说你现在还在上高中，你平时的演出，音乐制作和你的学业会有冲突吗？

1. I heard that you are still a high school student. With your DJ gigs Is there a conflict between making music and your schol work?

基本不会，但是也不能说完全没有冲突。幸运的是我在CTRL遇到了Amber，她让我在迷茫的时候找到了平衡和方向。我也明白我目前还是一个学生，学业是必须要完成的。和学业一样重要的是在音乐方面要不断向别人虚心求教，充实自己，积累经验和技术，踏踏实实的学习更多关于DJ和制作的东西才能给大家带来更好的东西

No, I can't say there is no conflict at all. Fortunately, I met Amber at CTRL, and she discoverd me and guided me when I was lost in direction. I also understand that I am still a student at the moment, and I have to do my duty. Just like the study at school, it's important to constantly ask others for help in music, enrich my musical knowledge, accumulate experience, proficiency in technologies and learn more about DJ and production so that I can bring better things to the audience.

2.你在刚开始你的演出时时遇到过什么样的困难？

2.What kind of difficulties did you encounter when you started your DJ performance?

我刚开始演出的时候确实遇到了很多问题，比如周四晚上出去放完歌，第二天还要上学，这期间基本没什么时间睡觉。由于家住的比较远的原因，经常演出结束后就只能睡在地下室。也因此和父母产生了不小的矛盾。但是这是我的梦想啊。我那时候就想我一定要更加努力让他们看到我的成果，而我现在也在不断向着这个目标努力着。我的父母也在逐渐看到我的努力，慢慢接受我对于音乐的这份热忱。

When I first started performing, I did encounter many problems, such as going out and playing sets on Thursday night, and going to school on the second day, during which time I have no time to sleep at all. My home is in the suburban area of Shanghai, I often end up sleeping in the basement after my performances. There are certain amount of friction between me and my parents. But it's my dream. At the time I thought I had to work harder to get them to see my results to better understand me, and I was working very hard on this goal. My parents are gradually seeing my efforts and beginging to accept my passion for music.

3.那是谁教你的DJ和音乐制作呢？

3. who taught you the DJ and the music production?

ZEAN。他教会了我DJ和音乐制作。他是一位出色英式舞曲制作人和DJ，我非常喜欢他的音乐，在网易云和soundcloud上都能看到他的名字。他是我的老师也是我最好的朋友之一。他让我找到了自己真正喜欢的东西，也教会了我如何面对失败，帮助我解决了不少困难。他的音乐更是你不能错过的！

ZEAN. He taught me DJ and music production. He's a great UK dance music producer and DJ, and I like his music very much, and you can see his name on Netease Cloud and Soundcloud. He is my teacher and one of my best friends. He helped me find my own style and taught me how to deal with temporary setbacks and helped me going through difficult times.
